A private group class could be for family members or friends who can train together and develop a sadhana (daily yoga sequence) they can practice at home. A sadhana is a carefully constructed sequence of yoga techniques that can be practiced every day or at least in regular intervals. Every yoga technique has its own merits and benefits. When a sadhana is practiced with consistency the student accumulates the benefits and merits of their practice.
Important: the aim of these private group classes is to maintain a continuity in the group so that the same students can develop intensity in their practice together.
