New students with no previous experience are invited to join a private group class dedicated to developing the techniques of yoga that include asana, pranayama and meditation. The emphasis is on a concentrated internalized awareness and mindfulness. Students will develop control over the body and breath improve mobility and learn the basic principles of safety and excellence in yoga practice.
Fee:
The all inclusive fee is for a complete course of 4 months one class per week. The course includes handouts and individual training in a small private group limited to 4 students.
