These are small private group classes limited to 4 students. The intention is for these students to commit and train together so each student can develop a sadhana they can practice at home. A sadhana is a carefully constructed sequence of yoga techniques that can be practiced every day or at least in regular intervals. Every yoga technique has its own merits and benefits. When a sadhana is practiced with consistency the student accumulates the benefits and merits of their practice.
Important: the aim of these private group classes is to maintain a continuity in the group so that the same students can develop intensity in their practice together.
